Archer’s Voice by Mia Sheridan| Review

Archers VoiceSynopsis:

When Bree Prescott arrives in the sleepy, lakeside town of Pelion, Maine, she hopes against hope that this is the place where she will finally find the peace she so desperately seeks. On her first day there, her life collides with Archer Hale, an isolated man who holds a secret agony of his own. A man no one else sees.

Archer’s Voice is the story of a woman chained to the memory of one horrifying night and the man whose love is the key to her freedom. It is the story of a silent man who lives with an excruciating wound and the woman who helps him find his voice. It is the story of suffering, fate, and the trans-formative power of love.

About the Author:

Try to believe that maybe more light shines out of those who have the most cracks- Bree, Archer’s Voice by Mia Sheridan

I had heard about this story over and over again from other people, but got so wrapped up in others that I never gave this book a chance. Now that I’ve read it, all I can think is what in the world is wrong with me? How in the world did I wait this long to read something so beautiful?

Archer’s Voice is one of the most heartwarming, captivating, and inspiring novels that I have read. It’s unique and holds a story-line that hasn’t graced any novel I’ve read before.

Sometimes it was a little irritating, because Archer and Bree communicate with sign language so it was difficult to read the dialogue between the two; yet that doesn’t prevent the full effect of the love between the two of them. If anything, it enhances it.

I lost my heart to you, and Bree in case you were wondering, I don’t ever want it back – Archer

Archer has really gotten the short end of the stick in life. Everything seems to have gone wrong for him, and people act like he doesn’t exist. It must be so easy to ignore someone who is incapable of speech.

But then Bree comes into his life, and she understands Archer in a way that he has never experienced. It opens them both up to new wisdom, and an exhilarating relationship.

335c5fd4c2927f6b2d26302e58755e70Archer’s Voice is so easy to quote.  Mia Sheridan created such a beautiful inspiration to people, and her words have the ability to be framed and put on a wall in someone’s home. I just want to lay this book out on my table and look at it every day to get just a piece of its beauty.

Please pick up this book, because it’s life-changing. Archer and Bree’s love story is a legend that needs to be told and shared with the world.

Warning: You will have an intense emotional reaction to this book. I recommend a bottle of wine, some tissues, and maybe some ice cream.
